Buenos Aires was founded twice. The first one in 1536; Don Pedro de Mendoza settled down here for the first time. He named it Ciudad del Espíritu Santo y Puerto de Santa María del Buen Ayre. The second time was in 1580, Juan de Garay named it Ciudad de Trinidad.

In the century XIX the harbour was the place where a lot of immigrants arrived encouraged by the Argentinian Govern. Spanish, Polish, Italian and Russian people have given the cultural eclecticism that Buenos Aires has today.

Buenos Aires has always been a perfect host. Its inhabitants are known as “porteños” due to its port. And those who live in the province are called “bonaerenses”.
Buenos Aires can be visited in every season . There is a great variety of cultural events
There are places around the city which are chosen  such as el Delta, and the Martín García island.
The neighbourhoods are officially 47 although there are more than that.
Neighbourhoods in Abasto zone, Congreso ,Once and the Center.
Primera Junta and Parque Centenario, Las Cañitas, Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho.
The last ones are a great attraction for local tourists and international tourism too.
